1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. However, if you spot a product that you absolutely love and have to have, but find that it somehow, weirdly, doesn’t ship to your destination, simply email us at email@example.com, and we’ll give you a delivery quote based on the size and weight of your order, and your address. Should you want to then place your order, we’ll quickly guide you through the process.
2. What does delivery cost?
The delivery cost is displayed when you view your cart before checkout.
3. How much will it cost to ship internationally?
International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors, including the number of items per order, the weight and size of the product(s), and the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, but we may be able to provide alternative, more economical delivery options. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the product you want to order and your postal code, and we’ll let you know if we can help.
4. How much will I be charged for duties and customs on international orders?
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for payment of all levied taxes, duties and customs charges, which are set by your country’s customs agencies. These vary by country and we are unfortunately unable to provide you with an estimate of these fees.
We urge you to check the rules and costs of your country regarding taxes and duties before placing your order.
5. Do you offer alternative shipping options?
Yes we do. Although we currently offer USPS delivery as it is the most economical, contact email@example.com to find out about other options.
6. How long will it take to get my order?
Your shopping cart and your order confirmation email will detail the expected delivery date for your order. These are estimations, and delays at customs and other factors out of our control may delay your order’s arrival.
7. Will I receive a notification that my order has shipped, and will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will. You will receive an email from Oh Goodie Goodies as soon as your order has shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number, with an estimated date of delivery.
8. My order never arrived.
Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number, which will tell you exactly where it is. Or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, tell us what you ordered, your order number, and we’ll help you out.
9. How do I return a damaged or defective product?
A damaged product is one that has been damaged in shipping. If your order arrived with apparent shipping damage, please refuse delivery. If you’ve already accepted delivery, and only then discover shipping damage, please save all packaging and paperwork. Send us an email at email@example.com, tell us exactly what you ordered and your order number, and we’ll help you.
A defective product is one that does not work, but has no apparent damage. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for a replacement.

10. I would like to return my order.
We’re happy to do a refund or exchange if you aren’t 100% happy with your order. As long as the product you’ve ordered is new, unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging, all you have to do is send it back to us within 20 days of ordering. We’ll refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges (see our Terms & Conditions).

11. I was distracted when placing my order and accidentally put the wrong info in. Help!
Hey, we’ve all been there, but you will have to contact us before the order ships (within 12 hours of ordering). Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, and let’s see what we can do.
12. I’ve changed my mind about an order and want to cancel it.
Contact us within 4 hours of ordering and we’ll ensure the order is canceled and your account is refunded. Email us at email@example.com
However, if your order has already shipped by the time you cancel it in writing, we will be unable to cancel it or refund it until it has been delivered. Once you receive the item, you may return it to us, and we will happily process a refund or exchange. Please note that in order to qualify for a refund on such a return, you will have to return the product to us within 20 days of ordering.

13. How am I refunded for items I’ve bought and returned?
As soon as we’ve received and processed your return, your account will be refunded.
