1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! Oh Goodie Goodies offers free ground shipping on orders over $65, for addresses within the contiguous (Lower 48) United States only.


2. How quickly will my order ship?

While most of our orders ship within 24 hours, we are currently unable to guarantee same day shipping due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. Our warehouse team continues to process orders as quickly as possible.

Customers outside of the contiguous US are able to choose the fastest method of delivery from those outlined in the options at checkout.


3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. However, if you spot a product that you absolutely love and have to have, but find that it somehow doesn’t ship to your destination, simply email us at queries@ohgoodiegoodies.com, and we’ll give you a delivery quote based on the size and weight of your order, and your address. Should you want to then place your order, we’ll quickly guide you through the process.


4. Do you have any other shipping options for delivery to international addresses?

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors, including the number of items per order, the weight and size of the product(s), and the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we use USPS Priority Mail for international shipments, which tends to be the most economical.

However, sometimes we are able to source alternative and less costly shipping options on an individual basis. Simply email orders@ohgoodiegoodies.com with the details of what you would like to order – product name, product SKU (the individual number assigned to each product, which can be found on that product’s individual page), your address, including your postal code – and we’ll do our best to find a potentially cheaper shipping alternative.


5. Where do you ship from?

We ship from Indiana, USA, which allows for timely delivery within the US.


6. What does delivery cost?

The delivery cost is displayed when you view your cart before checkout.


7. How much will I be charged for duties and customs on international orders?

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for payment of all levied taxes, duties and customs charges, which are set by your country’s customs agencies. These vary by country and we are unfortunately unable to provide you with an estimate of these fees.

We urge you to check the rules and costs of your country regarding taxes and duties before placing your order.


8. Do you offer alternative shipping options?

Yes we do. Although checkout will automatically show only USPS delivery options, please contact us at orders@ohgoodiegoodies.com to find out about other options, including UPS, FedEx and more.


9. How long will it take to get my order?

Your shopping cart and your order confirmation email will detail the expected delivery date for your order. These are estimations, and delays at customs and other factors out of our control may delay your order’s arrival.


10. Will I receive a notification that my order has shipped, and will I receive tracking information?

Yes, you will. You will receive an email from Oh Goodie Goodies as soon as your order has shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number, with an estimated date of delivery.
