If you discover that a product you’ve received is faulty or has been damaged during transit, email us with your order number at returns@ohgoodiegoodies.com, and we will arrange for a replacement, exchange or refund (your choice) upon return of the defective item. Please note that the returns period is within 20 days of your order being placed.
If you want to return a product that you have changed your mind about, as long as the product you’re returning is new, in unused condition, in its original packaging, and sent back to us within 14 days from the date of ordering, we’ll refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.
